About Ramen Haus
Ramen Haus is a small business owned by Megan and Weston Lay. We're a half-Japanese family of 4 that loves both Japanese and American culture. We have two awesome kids that love helping our amazing team and loyal customers.
Our team embraces the Japanese comfort food tradition. We all LOVE our food and work hard to make our food the best quality Japanese food in Utah. Quality Ramen is our connection to Japan and each other and it's our mission to share this amazing dish with you!
The Beginning
We took over Ramen Haus in Ogden in March of 2020 at the peak of the pandemic. We quickly realized we were in over our heads, but we dove in, pivoted the business, and focused on helping the community. We got online, started to-gos, and developed our team in the midst of chaos. With our awesome team we were able to survive the pandemic and continue serving our community amazing Japanese food.
The Future
Every year we continue to improve our quality and strengthen our team. We continue to develop new recipes and new Japanese tastes that our customers will love. We improve our processes, cooking, and service skills to share our quality food with more people. We will continue to improve our quality, be consistent and provide a great experience to grow to become Utah's Best Authentic Japanese Ramen.

Crispy Pork or Veggie dumplings with Su-Shoyu (Vinegar-Soy) Sauce
Steamed Bun
Pork, Beef, or Spam with Kimchi, Spinach & Haus Aioli Sauce.
Takoyaki
Fried Wheat Balls with Octopus Pieces.
Taro Fries
Salted, Hand-cut Taro Root served with Haus Aioli Sauce.
Ramen:
Umami Bomb
Pork Bone Broth, Pork Chashu Slices, Spicy Ground Pork, Green Onions, Corn, Bamboo Shoots, Black Mushrooms, Seaweed, Ajitama Egg (1/2), w/ Black Garlic Oil.
Vegetarian Miso Ramen
Veggie Broth, Miso Tare, Spinach, Green Onions, Corn, Sprouts, Seaweed, Fried Panko Tofu or Plain Tofu. Choice of Regular, Spinach or Yam Noodles.
Other Japanese Dishes:
Cutlet & Curry
Breaded Pork Cutlet or Chicken Cutlet on rice served with Japanese Curry w/carrots, onions, and beef.
Desserts:
Honey Toast
Buttered & Toasted Japanese Milk-bread, smothered with honey and topped with seasonal fruits, vanilla ice cream, and wafer sticks. Serves 4-6 people.

We came here after a long day at Lagoon and it was very close, so good location. We met Megan, the owner, in line at Primordial and she was so nice and easy to talk to ? Instant friends! We knew right away where we were going for dinner! We were greeted right away by Audrey and Talmadge and they were so personable too ? the food came out quickly and it was delicious! I had the spicy ground pork ramen and loved the flavor of the broth. My brother got the Umami bomb and he said the same, very much enjoyed it! And my son got tonkatsu and he ate that up. They gave us free cheesecakes for our birthdays too and they were so good! Overall I definitely recommend!!

Went here with a friend today, really great experience, our waitress was amazing and took care of us while dinning there. The food was delicious, everything about the place was fun and clean, so many choices to eat and they offer vegetarian and gluten free options too! Definitely coming back here again!
